Hydrogen on Demand

TN Labs, Inc. flagship product is the Onsite Energy System. The OES is a scalable, system that produces clean burning hydrogen fuel on demand to reduce natural gas costs.

Hydrogen can be safely blended into a natural gas line and burned along with natural gas which results in a significant cost savings on natural gas costs. This seamless operation is clean and no modifications need be made to existing equipment or processes.

The hydrogen fuel cell technology system is built around an electrochemical process between an electrolyte and a proprietary metal alloy that safely release hydrogen on demand. The hydrogen can be used immediately or be stored until ready for use.

Once a month TN Labs, Inc. technicians make a site visit to service the OES at no additional charge. No maintenance is required by the end user.

The OES can be customized for any application that uses more than 10,000 therms per month in natural gas.

Additional Benefits

Because there is no carbon in Hydrogen, there is no carbon (CO2) emissions. Nitrous oxide emissions (NOX) are significantly less as well. Lower NOX and CO2 carbon emissions can enable an enterprise to become un-shackled from restrictions that it may be under do to air quality regulations.
